Asem Lights is based in Kathmandu, Nepal. In addition to our online store at www.asemlights.com, we have a physical showroom in Kathmandu where you can explore our wide range of lighting and electrical products. Visit us or contact our team for personalized assistance.


3. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Currently, we deliver within Nepal, and we are actively working to expand our shipping services to include the U.S.A., European countries, and Australia. Stay updated through our website or subscribe to our newsletter for more information on international shipping.


4. What are the shipping charges?

Shipping fees vary based on the delivery location and the size/weight of the order. Shipping costs will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.


5. How long does delivery take?

  • Within Nepal: Orders are typically delivered within 4-7 days.

At this time, we do not offer custom lighting solutions for special projects, including residential, commercial, and event spaces.
