ASEM LIGHTS: RETURN POLICY

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return products purchased from Asem Lights under the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original packaging and in unused, new condition.

  • The return request must be initiated within 7 days from the invoice date.

  • Personalized or customized items may not be eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

  • Products must be returned with all original accessories and documentation.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally non-returnable:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Items marked as “sale” or “clearance”

  • Bulbs (unless defective)

  • Installed products

  • Products damaged by the customer


3. How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@asemlights.com or +977-9801023914 to request a return authorization (RA) number.

  2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and a brief reason for the return.

  3. Our team will provide you with an RA number and instructions on how to return your product(s).


4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Asem Lights is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

  • Please clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.


5. Inspection and Refund

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.

  • If approved, we will initiate the refund process.

  • Refunds will be processed via the IPS banking method upon receiving the required account details.

  • Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.


6. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process above and place a new order.

  • Exchanges must be initiated within 72 hours of purchase as per our policy.


7. Damaged or Defective Items (Notification Required Within 48 Hours)

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order:

  • Contact us with your order number and photos clearly showing the damage or defect, along with the packaging.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping costs.

  • Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for refund or replacement.


8. Return Window for Defective Items

If an item is found to be defective after installation or during use but within the warranty period:

  • You may initiate a return within 7 days of discovering the defect, provided the defect is not due to misuse, physical damage, or improper installation.

  • The product must be returned with all original packaging and accessories.

  • Our team will inspect the item, and if confirmed defective, a replacement or refund will be provided as per warranty terms.


9. Warranty

  • Asem Lights offers brand-specific warranties, generally ranging from 1 to 2 years, depending on the product.

  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not apply to issues caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

  • For warranty claims, please contact our customer service team with purchase proof and product details.


10. In-Store Returns

  • Items purchased online can be returned at our physical store, provided they meet return eligibility. Please bring your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

  • In-store purchases are also returnable under the same return policy, with the original receipt.
